literally means yellow palace. This building is a small but beautifully rendered property and is the current royal home of kikkuru pursili. every royal male gets a manor/palace when they come of age - some are newly built and other, historical properties awarded them (this is the latter). The palace includes sleeping, living and working spaces, plus his own seraglio with the same kinds of rooms for his concubines. see his character card for information on how the place might be decorated to meet his tastes...
