A known troublemaker for the Colchian court, Babis of Eliades is hardly the poster child for a well-behaved son of a royal family. Inseparable from his identical twin brother, Aras, these two young boys always seem to find a way into mischief, but they don’t seem to mind it. After all, everything is more fun with your best friend at your side, is it not?



Although most people struggle to separate the two, Babis differs from his brother not only in regards to his impulsive psyche and natural leadership skills but also in his interests. While the rest of his family takes pride in the learned arts, Babis’ favorite pastime happens to be a bit more traditional as he takes the most pride in his athletic skills. In fact, his biggest dream is to be the fastest foot racer in all of Colchis, something that he may be barred from given the expectations that come with being from a family with ties to royal blood. Either way this twelve-year-old is also in no rush to grow up and become more adult-like, much to the chagrin of the people around him.



Luckily this looming reality may not be one he has to face just yet… or at least he won’t until his parents learn to see past their doting nature and finally bring some order to this wild child they call their youngest son...
