Happy Spooky Month everyone!

For this year’s Halloween event we will all get the chance to be an Evil Genie-us! The game is simple. You will write a starter, Urit or Pam will curveball it and tag another player, that player will jump in, and you will give your reaction.

But there’s a twist.

Starter:
This all takes place in a modern-day AU. It can take place anywhere in the world, Greece, New York City, Tokyo. The only rule is that it’s modern-day.
The starter must be at least 1000 words.
The starter must include a wish.
This is recommended to be done by end of day October 16th.

Why you may ask?

Wish Curveball:
Pam and Urit will make a curveball style post and corrupt your wish. In this curveball, we will tag another character to come mess it up given the scenario.
This will be done by end of day October 18th, for those who submit by end of day October 16th. Otherwise, it will be done as soon as we can.

Granting a Wish:
Once the staffers tag your character in another person’s starter, it is your turn to jump in and ruin that person’s day!
The post must be at least 400 words.
This is recommended to be done by October 24th.

Reaction:
After your character had someone jump into your starter, it’s time to react! Give a reaction and close up the thread.
This post must be at least 400 words.

Keep in mind that the above is a minimum of what needs to be done. If you want to keep the thread going, have at it! The thread must be finished by midnight on October 31st.

Here’s an example below (With, albeit, no word requirement):

Marietta is a music student at a prestigious university in Italy. Suddenly, a large sneeze sends all of her sheet music flying.

“I wish for no more sickness in the world!”

Staff will then throw a curveball.
“Wish granted! There is no more sickness in the world! Because of this, there is an overpopulation problem. Food has been running out, and as a solution, people have resorted to cannibalism. Suddenly, the door opens and Hasani has entered.”

Hasani then proceeds to chase Marietta around the room, trying his best to take a bite of her arm.

Marietta would then shriek and lock herself into the cupboard, beating Hasani back with a clarinet as she does so. Thread closed.
