To Lady Melina of Leventi,
I apologize now for my overlooking of you at the most recent festival. I fear that I have insulted you, as was not my intention whatsoever. I feel utterly horrid for making you feel that way that you appeared, and sorry that I did not get a chance to apologize in person for my unintended slight toward your person.
I am writing you this letter in the hope that I might be able to make it up to you in person. I would like to formally request your company at the Scholeio of the Arts in two days' time. I hope that you might sit with me or join me for a dance practice if that would help soothe your feelings of ostracization.
Apologetically yours,
Princess Xene of Mikaelidas
